Notes

Wanted to run during lunch, so had to limit it to 4 miles. This way I have more rest before the 16 miles on Saturday morning.

Wanted to keep this at a 9:30 pace, which I believe is a good pace for my easy runs. And hit it right on the button.

Legs felt good. My wounds actually feel better when I start running, maybe it takes my mind off of them.
