Plan: 8 miles, last 4 at 7:50-8:00 - no killing it!
I didn't kill it, but I nailed it.
The 7:50-8:00 pace felt really good the first 3 miles, but I could feel it more on the last half mile. But still felt pretty good about the run.
After the easy 4, I walked about 5 minutes, and then ran the last 4 tempo miles without stopping
Left calf was sore all day and s bit more sore after this run. Feels like it did 2 days after the sprain. Going to need to do the stretches tomorrow.
