Two loops of the Station Camp Greenway.
Just the regular hamstring soreness to start. But it was a lot better than several of the days leading up to the marathon.
At the start, I didn't have that soreness I described yesterday on the bone/joint on the outside of the leg a few inches below the waist. But I did start to feel it about half way through, mainly on the left leg.
Definitely much improved from yesterday!
