My right leg was hurting enough that I didn't think it was a realistic idea to try and go out and run 20 miles and making it an 80 mile week.

So I decided to get a few quality miles in and started with a 2 mile warmup and Drakes Creek Park and then ran 2@8:00, 1/2 jog, 1@8:00, 1/4 jog, 1@800, 1/4 jog. It felt tougher today than it did on Wednesday.

I can tell by the higher heart rate on the warmup that the body isn't as strong as days where the heart rate on the warmup is much lower. The heart rate on the first mile was 8 higher than the same first mile pace on Wednesday.
