After going home and switching into the type of shorts I ran in all summer and also switching to the Saucony Triumph's, I felt like a new runner. Much easier to move the legs and was 53 seconds faster per mile after switching shorts & shoes.
First sub 9:00 run since the 21 mile run Sep. 14th when the hamstring issues started.
Could barely feel any sore hamstring, best it has felt in 5 weeks.
