Combined the two runs for today into a 10 mile run. Ran with Luc Carl, so it was probably slightly faster than I would have done alone, but I wasn't really paying much attention to the watch.
34 degrees didn't feel too bad.
Left inner upper thigh groin still sore, could feel it more the last few miles.
