Notes

My original plan for today was to do 10 miles in the morning and 10 miles late in the afternoon.

The left leg has been hurting more in the morning and I had bombed after 1 mile yesterday. So I was pleased that I was able to get into a good rhythm this morning. Felt good when I was hitting 10 miles, so kept going and made a few more loops around Drakes Creek Park and stopped at 16 miles. Will come out this afternoon for an easy 4 to get in the 20 miles today.

The left leg was hurting some, but it was tolerable.

Started just after 8 AM when it was around 57-58 and it was close to 70 when I finished. Nice morning.

Did this run entirely on 1 power bar before I left home and did the 16 miles without stopping, drinking just the water on my water belt.

Left leg was probably at 75%, so I'm happy with this run.
