Notes
Plan called for 8 miles with 6 strides, but I cut it in half and did 4 miles with 3 strides. This was about 4 hours after my massage and my leg was feeling pretty good, but with the soreness of the past 12 days, I wanted to take it easy today so I was ready for the 20 mile run in the morning. I'll still end up with 75 miles, so cutting this one in half shouldn't hurt me too much.
Did the strides on the first 3 miles.
