Felt old and achy on the warmup. The heat just seems to be getting to me. The only runs that were enjoyable lately were in Napa when it was 55 degrees.
I was ready to quit after 4, then said I should at least do 6, then I said get 10, then said let's finish all 12. They weren't fast, but I got all 12 in.
