Notes
Plan: 8 miles 'easy' with 8x30s faster runs. I changed the classification to 'Tempo' since it was not an easy paced run.
The Garmin Forerunner 620 GPS has arrived and I took it for a bit more than an "easy" paced run. Intended to slow down the last 3 miles to around 9:00 as I knew this was a bit faster than it should be.
First 8 mile run without any water, but with it in the low 20's, there wasn't a big thirst.
Legs felt pretty good.
