Finished the 10 mile rolling hill run after the skies cleared.
Ran from the house by running just over 3 miles on the Boomer and finishing up in Fountain Brooke.
Fountain Brooke has some nice easy rolling hills. The hill right in front of my house climbs 35 feet in 1/4 mile. I ran up that a couple times at the end.
I might have to start running from the house. Don't know why I always drive somewhere.
I really notice like on the steep hill on Jones Lane that if you get the higher leg lift, you get to the top of the hill a lot faster. Without the high leg lift, you might as well be walking.
