Felt about the same as the first run where it was just a slight soreness in the right hamstring, but nothing to complain about.
The right leg did feel a bit tired after the first run but it didn't take long for it to feel better. Same after this run where the right leg feels a bit tired/sore in the hamstring. Hopefully that subsides early into the evening.
Felt pretty good to get a 56 mile week with daily run totals of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14. The progression must stop now!
