Plan: 8 x (400m@7:20 (1:50) + 400m@slow)
First time on the track since last March.
I figured I would be closer to the 7:00 pace since the 2 minute intervals last week were close to 7:00. After the first 4 they felt a little easier and I was able to cruise sub 7:00 on those.
I was maybe too slow on the recoveries. Strava matched it up with a similar workout from 2015 where I was doing the recoveries around 9:30-9:45.
