Notes
I ran the the Nashville Striders Bongo to Bongo run. There was a good group from HRC.
Started out way too fast trying to keep up with a few of the HRC runners, then let them go about half way through the 3rd mile. I think I paid for the fast start most of the way.
This was a tough hilly course. Ran a bit slow on mile 12 when I ran with a group of Franklin girls through the city.
Heart rate was actually pretty steady through most of the run, so I think most of the differences can be attributed to the elevation changes.
Wasn't the full 16 that was on my plan, but when I got back to Bongo in East Nashville, I didn't really feel like going out for more miles and enjoyed some time in Bongo with the HRC group.
Fun course to run and a nice break from running in circles around the Hendersonville library.
Other than feeling some tiredness going up the hills, no aches or soreness in the legs/knees.
