This was my 4th attempt at starting a Spartanburg running group and once again those that said they would be there never showed up so I ran alone. I guess there are some things that are never meant to be. Plus I'm stressed out because my car broke down and being unemployed doesn't help either. So with all the stress and disappointment, I just didn't run very well this morning.
