Run: Fartlek Previous Next

Today was my last run before Ragnar so I looked to squeeze in just a little more trail time. I kept it easy by going to Burke Lake. Not the most challenging trail but the weather was essentially what the weekend's forecast is calling for, i.e., rainy. It was mostly light rain but got harder as I went. I did some short pickups of 10-20-30-40-50 seconds. Then when I got to the dam I decided to do a pickup going all the way across the dam. I threw one more 30 second pickup near the finish then did some repeats up the short hill back to the parking lot before cooling down in the lot. That will do I think.
