she ran the ultrasound wand over my calf for ~10 mins
sitting elliptical for 5 minutes (basically a bike)
toe raises from a heels elevated position (2x20 - right shin got sore at ~15 on both sets)
2 different foot/toe flexion exercises, each 2x20
marble pickup w/ toes
2 different stretching feet side to side w/ band (for ankle mobility, knees are supposed to stay still, hurt all the way up to my hips), each 2x20
she advised waiting one more week to run, cancelling the monday appointment, then attempting very slow and easy run before thursday's appointment
