getting up & down from chairs yesterday and out of bed this AM hurt, quads and calves all feel about a foot shorter than normal and lunge matrix stuff was really more like 'crouch' matrix, wasn't sure would be able to run at all, but once I got going (super easy effort), legs felt ok (so long as they weren't going downhill), was really glad I didn't wuss out
