disappointing race, even tho I was 3rd female, 1st in age group, and 18th overall - I looked at my watch a couple of times, thinking I was really moving, and it was like 7:45-7:50 pace! I'd actually stupidly hoped I'd be able to run less than 23!!! felt waaaay harder than 3 miles should have, esp considering I wasn't even going that fast :( I don't think I will warmup before a 5k again :(
