Halifax Health Hospice Memorial Day 5K Run & Walk
omg, sooo friggin' humid...and we had to go up and over an overpass, and then back up and over to get to the finish...had run 40 miles the last week w/out a rest day, and hadn't gotten to do any speed work b/c of tm issues, and was wearing old shoes b/c there was a high chance of rain, all of which converged to give me my worst 5k time yet, but I still managed to place 3rd in my age group and 17th overall....
