THREE PMs at 800, still up at 845, but was conked out and groggy AF to pee at 1030 and 330 - Pac wanted to go out then, so did that and fed him and went back to bed til woke up at 6 - so NINE hours of sleep, thank god
had a crow escort along Homer/Howard
saw a male wood duck (gorgeous!) at the green pond
after this, took Pac for a walk - he did the entire short block! 0.6 miles w/ pep!
