tried to nap yesterday, but it didn't work - was in bed by 730, up from 1015 til sometime after 11, woke up feeling ok
47, 86% humidity - would be totally blessed to have weather like this for fp

managed about 3/4 of maurten 320 caf 100 during run, so 240 cals, 59g carbs, 75mg caffeine
@20 & 40 mins 3 mini honey stinger waffles, per 3, 130 cals, 18g carbs
@60 mins orange ucan, 70 cals, 19g carbs
@80 mins smoothies extreme sport beans, 100 cals, 25g carbs, 50 mg caffeine (really not fun to chew/swallow)
@100 mins raspberry sis energy + electrolyte, 87 cals, 22g carbs
@120 & 140 mins 5 pink lemonade honey stinger chews, per 5 ~80 cals, 20gcarbs (really not fun to chew/swallow)
basically ran on feel bc headphones a smidge too loud to hear watch buzz, so didn't see most splits
run felt amazing, miles just ticked by, had the khc sox again
