not sure wtf happened today...it was humid as hell, but the first 6.3 miles felt good (even tho i see now I was going fairly slowly) anyhow, stopped at the gc br at 6.3, had some water - @6.5 miles got a side stitch that just wouldn't go away, was taking all kinds of walk breaks and trying to stretch to get rid of it wasn't happening, so just stopped timer @ 10 miles and walked another mile home :( sure hope that never happens again, it was miserable - i'd intended to do 15-16 today but just couldn't stomach the thought of doing another 5 miles in a bent over hunch gallowaling! every 25 yards
