Standing arm dumbbell flys (8 w/ 20 lb dumbbell each arm)
Overhead press (8 w/ 20 lb dumbbell each arm)
Bicep curls (10 w/ 15 lb dumbbell one arm at a time)
Tricep extension (10 w/ 15 lb dumbbell)
Squats (10 w/ 8kg kettlebell)
Barbell lateral toe tap (10 w/ 8kg kettlebell)
Single leg deadlifts (8 w/ 20 lb dumbbell each arm)
Standing calve raises (10 w/ 8kg kettlebell)
