don't understand how those shoes have like 300 fewer miles than the older pair and feel so much worse - zero support or spring

3x15 min @ 7 RPE w/ 5 min recovs @ 5 RPE
10 min cd @ 5-6 RPE
run portion totaled 45 mins, 6.4 miles @ 7:02 average pace
felt awful, the shoes didn't help matters but also think i was dehydrated, i haven't come home looking so much like a tomato in a long time, and the sun wasn't even up yet
i suck, should've cut my losses on the entry fee, plane, and 1 night hotel and bailed when the calf blew out
