4 very easy
Ran in the dark and the cold, and took it really easy. The watch was under the jacket sleeve the whole time, so no idea on pace, just ran really easy. I felt fine; I didnt feel any real lingering issues from yesterday, but the time shows a little fatigue.
But then again, I always run slower in the dark.
