Notes
This was really a great run. I wish my watch didn't die, since I really started rolling back down the hill. I bet miles 5-9 were around 7:15 pace
I felt really smooth, but it was downhill.
I ran the 10-miler course backwards until I saw Conner and the other leaders, then I stopped at the next intersection and cheered for a couple of mins. Then did the last 1.5 back to the house.
This may not be exactly what I was supposed to do, since I stopped for about 4 minutes after 9, but I couldn't just ignore the hometown race.
It really felt good today.
