Notes
Good group tonight. Started off with Randy, Max, Boomer, Dolan and Jim.
I ran with the group until Boomer and Dolan split off, so I stuck with them. Then Boomer was feeling good, so he took off a little and I stuck with him. We ran together the last 3-4 miles together. I tried not to push the pace and just stick with Boomer.
It was a good run, felt strong.
