Florida Holiday Halfathon in St. Pete - 14m total w/ warm-up

Actual: Great race -- my best race ever. started a bit slow in first 3m, and still ran a 7:06 first mile. solidly even paces close to 7:30 for first 10m. Felt a little weak at 6m, but stayed with it and felt better at 7m. The causeway bridge at 4m and 2 overpasses (at 7m and 11m) were no problem. Kicked up the pace after 11m and gave everything at 11.8 mark. Started final sprint a bit early and hung on for last half mile to crush my PR by 25 seconds in front of family. 3rd place in grandmaster category.
