Very tired and sluggish today, legs rubbery with a few tight spots starting out. Heat felt quite tough today, strong hot headwind going out, sun baking coming back. Smoky from Grimes Creek fire but clearing some. Probably a good run psychologically. 26:12 out, 21:40 return.
