Ran with Dondi on this fourth of July...I ran a typical pace much further ahead in big chunks, then back down to meet her, and back up, adding some miles and climb. Felt pretty good. Ate a Scotts bar, 2 larabars, 1 hammer bar, 6 scoops of perpetuem, some electrolytes, and energy level was not too bad but dragging a bit at the end. Plantar was tight at first but loosened up; prefers uphill generally...typical after.
