Notes

Solo run, still fatigued in upper legs from race, and relatively hot so took it fairly easy but consistent. Had some energy to pick it up on the descent, where the legs felt like halfway through the 50 mile distance again. New Lone Peaks feel lighter, a little more flexible, but not wearing downunders in the new pair yet. Also wore buttondown shirt which definitely let lots of air in but was a bit flappy.
