Progression run to test the LBA injury I've been dealing with a second time. This time I wanted to see if I could push to a sub 7 pace for a mile. I was able to hit and maintain it, but I definitely felt the strain. It wasn't bad-- it wasn't PAIN-- but there was something outside of "comfort." After the sub 6, I slowed to a standard easy pace and progressively got slower for a cool down.

After the run things are still "touchy" but nothing excessive. Will have to wait to see how things feel tomorrow after rest.
