Testing the waters a bit with this run. Every run I've done since incurring this injury has been at 9:30 pace or slower, with the exception of one run I did with a friend this past week, at a 9 min pace.
After doing a sub 8 the first mile, I decided to push for a low seven in the final. I was able to maintain it pretty solidly-- cardio wise I felt good. The LBA injury was definitely rearing it's head... but all seemed well afterwards. Keeping fingers crossed that I can keep progressing back to tempo runs eventually.
