Thanks Ray, I don't know if you are still checking in but I had forgotten about this one and meant to respond when I got off work that day. I am tentatively planning to run one in October and defnitely plan to start marathon training in late June. I will use the 2 big workout approach that you have had such great success with. I hope all is well with you, Jim

need to bump this thing! Or maybe we need an updated one like the Intrepid thread? Can we add the one mile distance? If so (and it's ok if we don't), put me down for 6:46.7 for F45-49 group. Thanks, Ilene!
Well, unfortunately, CNYrunner is in my age group, and she kicks my butt at all distances. Big grin
If she is kicking your butt while you are racing.........that means she is behind you.....GO HOLLY....GO
                        Vista
Ha ha Vista! Holly.....no kicking, just racing for fun, okay and a little butt kicking (but not of a friend) Ilene, please add 43:43 (my age too....twilight zone!) for the Granby Charter Days 10k on 6/14/08 and if you add a mile distance, you can put in a 6:20 for me at the Northampton Inaugural mile on 6/22. Thanks! As of September I'll be in the final year of the 40-44 age group. Wee haw! Karin/CNYrunnner
