Glacier Peak HS track. 1 mi warmup (9:31), 4x400 hard (88, 92, 87, 86) w/400 recoveries (15:20 tot; 5:56 for the 4x400 repeats/9:24 for the 4x400 recoveries), 1 mi cooldown (9:09). Tough workout! Since I can't run hills or distance yet, I'm trying to work on a little speed, with a late fall 5k PR attempt in mind. These 400s were probably too fast. My 5k race pace definitely isn't 5:56 (yet, anyway). I probably should have run these at around 100 sec ea.
