First outdoor run (other than the track) since 8/10, and first run with the club since 7/31. Finally got KT tape for my foot, which I ran with. Felt out of shape, but the foot felt pretty good. I only noticed slight pain when running a downhill grade. We'll see how it feels later today (sometimes the pain is delayed), but for now, I'm thrilled! Still going to come back slowly, sticking w/just 3 short runs/week for awhile.
