Treadmill run. 1st mile @ 7.0 mph (8:42), 2nd mile @ 7.5 mph (8:10), 3rd mile @ 8.0 mph (7:40), 4th mile @ 7.0 mph (8:43). Starting to feel a little more fit, but still have a long way to go. The foot ached a little. I've got it KT taped for 3 different issues, so I wonder if I overdid it. Maybe it's too much tape?
