No training the previous two days due to this cold, plus many hours spent remodeling my office.
Left Apollo at home, since this was a mid-day run in the sun & heat. Aside from difficulty breathing due to the last of this cold, this was a nice run. My snot rockets, while still numerous, are back to doing what they're supposed to do (I'll leave out the details).
I'm finally starting to see some improvement from my heart rate training. Several weeks ago, I had to run 10:30 miles to stay in my zone 2. Today, with a lingering cold, in the sun and warm weather, I kept my avg. HR at 119 at a 10:00 pace.
