Notes

Cutdown run, based on planned marathon race paces - 8:44 (@114 avg hr), 8:28 (125), 8:08 (132), 7:36 (140), 7:39 (140), 7:36 (141). As usual, my later mile paces were a bit ambitious, but since I was running by heart rate, that's what they ended up being. Late in the marathon, due to cardiac drift, those paces will be slower at that same HR.
