How many miles did you run in 2013? (Read 478 times)

TJoseph

I ran 1538 miles, which is great compared to the whopping 75 miles I did the previous year.  I am looking forward to an awesome running year in 2014.

After surgery late 2012, got off to a slow start, but wound up with 959.  Past several months I've hit over 100 miles a month. Very happy with that!!

1717      goal was 1700-1800    2014 goal is 1754 to break 10,000 since recording here on RA..  if  more that will be great !   if not then I will be pissed off.  after today's early run only 1746.5  for 10,000    Ended year with 54 consecutive months of 100 miles/month.   since July 2009

        Half Fanatic #846

907 miles (700 of those were barefooted) - two recent cases of knee injury and a bad cold, each conveniently spaced about 3 weeks apart, kept me from breaking 1000.  My goal for 2014 is to run every day which should help increase mileage to 1500 miles including 1000 barefooted. I feel better when I run every day, even if it's only for 2 miles on "rest" days.

"I don't always roll a joint, but when I do, it's usually my ankle" - unk.         "Frankly autocorrect, I'm getting a bit tired of your shirt".                  I ran half my last race on my left foot!

            3670.  Great job all!

1,187.............I was very inconsistent this year......40 miles one week and 8 the next week.......37 one week and 10 the next......

This year I plan to get over 1,600 but my main goal is to be much more consistent. with weekly mileage......

                    1713 miles.

That's the most I've ever run in one year, but I missed my goal of 2013 miles due to running a full marathon and then taking two months off to recover. . .

                    Retired &  Loving It

Well, if I had run 40 more miles it would be 1,000, which still is the lower end for of all of you high mileage maniacs here.
