      My age group was 17+.

Wow. That's the biggest age group I've ever seen, except for races that don't have them at all.

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

      Just a dude.

It was a very kid focused event.  I think the age groups were:

        0-4

        5-6

        7-8

        9-10

        11-12

        12-14

        15-16

        17+

The younger kids ran 25, 50, 100, or 200 meters in the parking lot.  The older kids had the option of .8 or 2.4 I think... Not sure what the details were on that.  They gave away a lot of turkeys and pies, but not to adults...

Great to see you and Ben as well. I'm still floored by your run. Hardcore. See you in Boston if not at Tom King.

Me too....I can't walk. But don't be impressed by the very unimpressive. Hmmm....Tom king.

If I am in shape...and if a third kid does not push me over the edge into complete (vs the current almost-complete) state of lame-ness, I would really like to take revenge on Tom King.  I just can't stand my last experience with such a nice course being so negative.  OK, so it's been two consecutive experiences....

my legs are wrecked, it feels good.

I am thinking Tom King as well - its a good place to run a PR half

At this point I kinda feel like never running again. I had dreams all night last night about being unable to walk...then I woke up and it was actually true.

After two botched races I still believe this.
