        What is the right amount?  I ended up drinking for the 1st time this year Sat & Sun.  Sunday was likely the right amount as there were only 4 for me and 5 for my wife.  Saturday I should not have picked up the 12 pack after going out to eat and have 4 beers.  I think 0 is the right amount right now ... until I de-fat.

         

        But with the Packers still in the playoff hunt, that might be hard next Sunday.

         

        Plus my 12 year old has a Club basketball tournament Saturday and a Club volleyball tournament on Sunday ... We seem to stop for a couple with parents after tournaments ... good team bonding.

         

        Next year she will have to pick one or the other.

                      Spent Saturday evening and all day Sunday being hedonistic or this would have been much better.

                       

                      67.7 Miles and 6,920 treadmill vertical feet.

                       

                      I took Sunday and this Monday off.

                       

                      Start = 284

                      Last Week (LW) = 275

                      CW (Current Week) = 270

                      WL = 14 total

                          The most I weighed this week was 274 the least 258 (After Saturdays long run) ... 4 pounds is like a good meal.
