Why would you have to wait an hour? As soon as you get the signal, there will either be zeroes on the screen (as in a new run), or your unsaved run.

My 210 did the latter. My 220 does the former; if you let it time out, it auto-saves the run. Made me curious whether there was a way to go back to a saved run and resume it. I played with it a little & didn't see anything. I'm gonna guess that is the same with the 620.

Other than sleep, which is overrated.

      So is running, lol.

      PRs:

      5k - 20:51 - 9/5/15

      10k - 47:00 - 5/25/15

      15k - 1:10:19 - 11/21/15

      13.1 - 1:42:25- 4/25/15

      26.2 - TBD (someday)

On my FR15, if I pause the watch and get distracted, after 5 or 10 minutes it will say, "Autosave in 15 seconds" - so, to me, that says it will save the workout. Usually I hear the beep and get to decide whether I want to resume my run or save it.  I don't think I've ever just let it do it's own thing to see what happens.

Most people feel that running sucks, so I think it is rated appropriately.

Because I want to know what will happen if I don't save my run on Sunday while we take our coffee break... I'd rather have one continuous 10-mile run in my log than two shorter ones.  I'm weird like that.

My 220 also auto saves, even if the battery dies it will automatically save the run where it was when it died.

I'm on Team Windchill (I think that that is the second one) and I checked the leader board, I am currently in the 9th spot Smile

5 miles planned for tonight. This is my long run. My goal is to get the long run at around 7 miles eventually. I just have to get consistent first.

Over by 7:21 am? What time did the race start and how early did you have to get up?

6am and this is the latest race this weekend. We woke at 330.

But if you take a long enough break, does it still count as a single run?

Probably not, but when you're following the "Doing Whatever the Hell I Want" training plan, it doesn't really matter.

I wish the asshole who sold us our house in March 2009 would quick "stealing" stuff and using our address. He used our address last year for two cell phones he "purchased". Today, we got a phone call from a debt collector. I guess they got our phone number based on the address. I contacted the debt collector and told them if they either mailed anything else to our address or called us again then I would report them to the Texas Attorney General.
