If you like that distance and prefer to run fewer loops, there's an 8.4 mile loop race in Fairmount Park in Philadelphia this Sunday, December 3rd. You could even do a Rocky imitation because it runs past the Art Museum.

And then I went home, ate something, changed and took Jetta for what ended up being a 6 mile run.

They're actually Daniels' workouts. The VO2 max one is his verbatim, the one today is essentially 4 x 1200m, except I put it in time because I was having issues with my 630 during the summer measuring laps short at the track. It was really frustrating. You're running your ass off expecting to run three laps and the stupid watch laps itself after 2 and a half. Anyway, I thought I would try running them by time instead to see if that would work so I went 4 x 5 mins, which is essentially what I thought would be 1200m at today's target pace. The next one will be 5 x 1000m entered as 5 x 3 mins 45 secs (or somewhere around there).
I do have some Hudson workouts saved (quite a few actually), which were all in time if I recall correctly. I will be running those too at some point. 👍

Exercise bike. Same settings and time as yesterday but only 10.2 miles today. Still it's done.
Vet called and Bugsy is eating and so long as he continues without throwing up, he can come home tonight.
