Then you need to come run NC 24 at Edgewater Park in Cleveland some year.
Cleveland is considered a major city now?
Rest day. Did do some core work and a stretching DVD.
Dave
Onemile, I really like that red/pink & black color scheme. Too bad the Ghosts never clicked for me. They just seem too heavy.
DavePNW, those white/gray ones look like something from the 80s.
Former Bad Ass
LOL.
Ran my 5 on the TM. Forgot to turn the fan on and I was wondering why I was a puddle of sweat.
Damaris
That looks like it has to be a black & white photo, no way those shoes really look like that.
According to the Brooks website, they really do.
No more marathons
It really wasn't bad at all. which is good because I am supposed to run a lot this week. For some reason, on strava my pace for this run shows as 7:56 (the gps was whack and showing my route zig zagging all over due to the tall buildings) but in RA it shows a more reasonable 8:33 pace. I don't get why they would be different.

Yeah, strava seems to be having some problems. Your overall detail is even different from your lap detail (the lap detail is more in line with RA). And for some reason it says I've completed the 200 KM challenge for June and I'm no where near that.
Boston 2014 - a 33 year journey
Lordy, I hope there are tapes.
He's a leaker!
I've done that kind of thing when traveling. I'm cool with a 1 mile loop, it still beats the hell out of the hotel treadmill. Not sure what your online research was, but the first place I always go is the Run Spots feature of RA.

Most of my lunch runs are loops of one sort or another on the perimeter of a mall. I alternate between an outer loop and an inner one, just to mix it up a bit. Outer is a little over a mile and inner a little less.
5.2 in coolish temp after work today.
Now just need 15 miles in the next 4 days to keep my string of 100 plus mile months going.
My pic was copied from the Brooks website. FAKE NEWS!
