I did 5 more on the treadmill after work. I wanted no part of the cold rain. My legs felt good despite beating them up this morning. 14 miles for the day.

I ran our local Christmas Cash Dash 10k last year. It had Overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male and Female and Masters 1, 2, and 3. I was 2nd Masters Female (which shows how small the race was: only 99 runners). Awards were cash prizes, which explains why there were so few.
I ran 8 on the TM, doing intervals. 6 x .5 at 5k pace.
I pay extra to have more leg room.

Whiskers, I can't remember where we had gone, but we stayed in a hotel with crazy high water pressure. It may have been one of the college football trips I tagged along on. There was discussion of fear of nuts getting ripped off by the shower.

I don’t use gloves until the low 30s if it’s windy.
Ran in 29F and windy and my lungs are doing well. So far, so good.
