Hmmm, from this past week
I apologize for this oversight.

But you didn't get a gold star. You got a silver star.
Ok, now I have to know; how does one earn a silver star?
How fast am I going to run Sunday's 5K because I don't want to wait until Sunday to find out I want to know now.

There is an echo in here.
Really? What's your PR?
Really? What does your garmin predict?
19:12 on Thanksgiving Day. I've since run a 19:40.
I've done three 10K's this year: 41:49 (hills), 40:57 (current PR), 41:52 (run on ice).
HM last weekend was 1:34:48, which I can sort of disregard for 5K purposes since the course was so brutal. It does tell me I've gotten strong.
The 10K's suggest a 5K in the high 19's, but that was cold winter running and I've done some good training since the last 10K. Two things working in my favor is that I'll be rested, and the 5K is my strongest distance.
17:43.
Maybe aim for sub-18 just to be conservative.
You wanted to have such a high VO2Max value? Now you need to live with the high expectations.
Thank you. I was just mentioning your oversight and criticizing your awareness in this star attribution thingie, but now that it's done, you don't need to give me the stars anymore. I was doing fine without them

I don't know the course but I am predicting a nine second PR. You have been running VERY fast as of late. Don't let me down!
