LOL. That must have been me.
Really??
I'll take a look on my lunch break!
Good morning! I ran 8.7 miles. Unfortunately, I ate 9 miles worth of chips and salsa yesterday, along with fish tacos, and anything else that was moving slow enough for me to grab it. And, I drank a couple really high-calorie beers. I might gain a lb or two in the next 10 days. I hope everyone has a great day!

My Sunday long run was the cure all for my weekday shenanigans. I miss it for that.

45 min, easy progressive this morning - recouping from last night ass beating
2 mi @ 10k, 5 min @ MP, (2) 1 mile @ 5k, 3 min @MP, (2) 800 @ faster than 5k, 3 min @ MP.
which to me, does not sound bad... until your coach dictates what those paces are... 'cause he has belief in you... (or just wants to punish).
Needless to say the MP 'recovery' became a near walk by the time we got to the 800s...
I just had basically my 3rd breakfast, and it's 9:30 AM.

Yesterday's TM run went quite well; 8 miles with 6x12 sec hills and 6x100 strides. Today I will go for 9 easy. It's not that bad, really.

Hi Jack.
Mid-week runs of 12+ or Runs over 20 miles.
OK, I'm on it.
OK, I'm out.
I've been wanting to do that for a while (recover at MP), but can never muster the guts to do it come workout day. I seem to remember that you started "slow" with this, by running a half-marathon distance by alternating between HMP and MP
