    I fixed my butt, ran a hill workout on Wednesday and didn't explode. Busy with work this week but I'm DONE with the part that was stressing me out so that's nice!

     

    Pacing the 2 hour group at a local half tomorrow AM (like EARLY tomorrow AM - race starts at 6:30 so I'd best get to sleep soon), probably racing a 5 miler in my town on Sunday. I'd be running anyway so might as well run hard and get a medal!

        Vienna sausages are basically canned miniature hotdogs made from even less desirable parts of a pig than a frankfurter, if that's even possible.

          I do some full easy pace, and some finishing with MP miles, e.g. 16/8 or 18/10. Although I try to make my LR easy pace on the faster end of easy.
